These are made with all natural ingredients so it's Vegan friendly too!
I've got a small box of these sitting in my room and the problem is they're fast disappearing into my stomach.
I can't comment on the other flavours available yet but these Blueberry Crisp flavour bars are very nice indeed. The consistency and texture is just right, with a few nuts in the mix of rolled oats and blueberry pieces held together by brown rice syrup it makes for a delicious non crumbly bar. This makes them excellent on-the-bike snacks as they won't fall to bits in your jersey pockets and are easily edible whilst exercising.
They're so good I can't help but snack on them off the bike...
I got my box of 12 bars from Wiggle.co.uk but I'm sure they're pretty much available all over the web and in local bike shops.

From the off I knew it was going to be a tough race which I had prepared weeks for and also having looked around the course the day before, the hills in Yorkshire are considerably longer than those on the island.
After my warm up, I lined up on a steep gradient alongside the 100 other or so riders for the 64 mile race. From the race HQ we rode to the start line through a twisty descent, to the start/finish line on another gradient, which for those of you that use clipless pedals can appreciate how hard it is to clip into the pedals on an uphill!
The first couple of laps were tough as teams tried to shake off the weaker riders, but I stayed with the lead group on the long and steep hills sticking with the accelerations in the bunch. A break went off the front but by the 3rd lap the bunch was back together.
Wiggle has their own brand of tools, Lifeline, their own clothing brand, Dhb, their own bike brand, Verenti, it only seems logical for the online retailer to venture into the nutrition department with these new gels (they've also got hydro tabs too). Available in orange or blackcurrant flavour I've decided to try them out.
